Our restaurant is open to our guests and to the public (see opening dates,* the restaurant occasionally closes the day before bank holidays in May). Set at the heart of our hotel, La Table du Mas can seat 80 people and has an outside dining terrace by the swimming-pool, plus a seasonally open pergola.
Chef Jean-Daniel Popoff and his staff offer contemporary Provençal cuisine with refined exotic influences. Their credo: use the finest seasonal produce as well as fresh and organically grown ingredients. And because they care about your well-being, they respond with menus that serve special needs (gluten-free, low-sodium diet, etc.).
Enjoy a glass of wine at our lively bar (licensed Grande Restauration) before heading to our renovated Restaurant La Table du Mas or to the patio in the pine forest. You will taste aperitifs and wines from local Estates such as Liquoristerie de Provence or Domaine Saint Hilaire… It is our honour to make your visit a joyful one!
